Hamburger Steak w/ Sauce, Salad w/ Creamy Garlic Dressing, “Mixed Nut” Candy, Homemade Lemonade


Hamburger Steak

Method:
Make hamburger steaks and place about 2 teaspoons ground pecans on top, press into meat and fry in oil or butter.

Sauce

Method:
Place all ingredients in a Mason Jar and shake until blended. Then pour on top of hamburger steak or serve on the side


Creamy Garlic Dressing ( For Salad)

Method:
Process in blender until smooth. For best results, prepare dressing at least 24 hrs. in advance of serving.


“Mixed Nut” Candy

Method:
Melt candy according to package directions. Blend in remaining ingredients until “coated”. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.


Homemade Lemonade

Method:
Place sugar in the bottom of a jar or pitcher, squeeze lemon juice and form a “paste” of sugar and juice. Stir and mix well. Then, add water and lemon slices. Serve over crushed ice.
