Vegetable Pear & Eggplant Dressing

Method:
In a large pot, combine eggplants and vegetable pears.
Smother with a small amount of vegetable oil and water. Drain.
In same pot brown ground beef and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a large oven safe casserole dish.
Slowly add dressing mix. Sprinkle top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
