Crab Meat Au Gratin & String Bean Casserole

Crab Meat Au Gratin
Method:
Saute seasoning blend with butter until cooked.
Add 1 cup grated American cheese, egg yolks and stir well.
Add flour and cook for 2 minutes until butter is absorbed.
Add seasoning and canned milk cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add crabmeat mix well. Put in baking pan and top with rest of grated American cheese.
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

String Bean Casserole
Method:
Saute seasoning blend in butter until wilted.
Add green beans, chopped tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring Bach to boil. Lower heat; add seasoning and cream of mushroom soup.
Mix well add Velveeta cheese, heat till melted. Mix in Italian bread crumbs and stir well.
Put in baking pan top with fried onions and bake for 15 minutes at 325.
