Steamboat Honey Glazed Carrots

Steamboat Honey Glazed Carrots
Method:
Melt the butter in a medium size magnalite pot, add the carrots, honey & chopped onion.
Cook on a medium flame for about 30 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring continuously.
Be careful not to put the flame on too high which can cause the carrots to burn.
Serve as a side dish for your favorite meal.
