Venison & Pork Chili

• 2 lbs ground Deer & Pork
• 1 med onion
• ½ cup celery hearts
• Salt to taste
• ½ Tsp Oregano
• ½ Tsp Cumin
• Chili Powder to taste
• ½ Tsp Garlic
• Hot Sauce a dash
• 2 cans Chili Beans
• 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
• 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
• Olive Oil

Method:
Saute veggies and oregano until soft. Add ground deer, pork and garlic and brown meat. Season with salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce. Now stir the stewed tomatoes, chili powder and cumin. Add chili beans and let simmer awhile. Ladle it into bowls and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
