Award Winning Chicken & Tasso Corn Bisque
Method:
Saute’ seasoning blend and garlic with butter till wilted add chicken, tasso, Rotel,
chicken bouillon and cumin cook together for 5 minutes.
Add whipping cream and heat on medium temperature till hot.
Add Worcestershire sauce and corn. Cook 20 minutes or till desired thickness.
You can also use corn starch to cut down on cooking time. Add Basil and seasoning to taste. (Serves 4-6 people)
