Crawfish Ahnvee & KC Pork Wings
Crawfish Ahnvee
1 large Onion chopped
1 Bell pepper chopped
3 TSP of Minced Garlic
25 Mushrooms sliced
1 lb Bacon (cut)
1/3 C Italian Seasoning
2-1/3 C Seafood Seasoning
2 Pks. Crawfish (washed & drained)
Method:
Add all ingredients to pot except crawfish. Chop up bacon into little pieces and cook down.
Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms, saute down until tender.
Add Italian Seasoning and 1/3 cup Seafood Seasoning. Add crawfish.
Pour another 1/3 cup of seafood seasonings on crawfish. Simmer for 5 minutes.
1 C melted butter
˝ C flour
1 qt. heavy whipping cream or half & half
2 handfuls of parmesan cheese
1 pk. Angel hair pasta
In separate pot, add 1 cup melted butter and ˝ cup flour. Cook down until light but not brown,
add 1 container of heavy whipping cream and 2 handful of parmesan cheese.
Cook down until it thickens. Pour roux into big pot. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
You can also use this to serve as a bisque on a cold day.
And one scoop of this cooled downed sauce and add a half cup heavy cream or half & half.
Put in microwave for two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
