RedFish Dupuy with a Crawfish & Shrimp Cream Sauce

Method:
Saute vegetables in the butter until soft. Add flour & parsley shrimp or crawfish and cook for 15 minutes. Add Jalapeno relish, Velveeta cheese and half & half with garlic. Cook 15 minutes.

Sauce can be served directly over fish or over Fettucini.
Cook Fettuccini noodles according to directions. Fold noodles into mixture. Place in 9x13x2 pan and top with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
