Pan Seared Wild Salmon with an Herb Butter Sauce, served with Asparagus and Pasta

Pan Seared Wild Salmon with an Herb Butter Sauce
Method:
Season Salmon Filets and set aside. Clean and chop both the flat leaf and curly parsley.
Preheat a non-stick skillet to med. high.
Add Olive Oil and place Salmon filets in the pan and do not move them.
Cook on each side for about 3 minutes depending on the thickness.
While the fish is cooking, add ½ stick of unsalted butter to a saucepan.
Over med. heat melt the butter. Once the butter is malted, add the chopped parsley.
Squeeze a little juice from the Lemon into pan and stir well, then remove from heat.
Pour over Salmon and eat.
Enjoy!
