FROM THE KITCHEN OF LINDSAY LOGGINS:
Velveeta Fudge
INGREDIENTS:
2 large bags of powdered sugar (4lbs.)
1 cup of cocoa
4 sticks of margarine
2 pounds of Velveeta cheese
Pecans (optional)
Melt butter and cheese on stove. Add cocoa and stir in powdered sugar.
Spray pan with Pam spray. Pour mixture in pan, spread and ENJOY! Great for the holidays!
Peanut Butter Surprise
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups
sugar
1 ½ cups peanut butter
2-3 cups corn flakes
1 cup white corn syrup
Mix sugar and syrup and bring to a boil. Add
peanut butter and corn flakes and stir. Spray
pan with Pam spray. Pour mixture in pan, spread and
