Sweet Potato Corn Soup

• 3 cans of corn
• 1½ cup water
• 2 stick of Margarine
• 1 Tlbs minced Garlic
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Tsp Pepper
• 3 cups Chicken Broth (cans)
• 3 cups mashed Sweet Potatoes
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups Turkey (chopped in cubes)

Method:
Cook onion in margarine till transparent. Slowly add all other ingredients. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream & chopped green onion.
