Ingredients:

Method:
Place oil in hot skillet. Place steaks in oil and cook for at least 10 minutes. Add onions and stir. Let cook for a few minutes. Add bell peppers and let cook for 2–3 minutes. Add green onions and cut off heat stirring for 1 minute. Serve over hot rice or place rice in pot and mix together.
