"Artmosphere"
Shrimp or Crawfish Fettuccini

Microwave until onion begins looking soft and clear:
¼ block margarine
½ shoe box chopped onion

Add:
½ shoe box Mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
Microwave until mushrooms slightly soften

Add:
¼ jar of Roux
1 cup flour
Mix

Add: (Stir in slowly so it will not clump)
4 cups salsa
¼ cup lemon juice
4 dashes Pepperdeaux
¼ cup Seasoning
2 Bay leaves
Mix, Microwave until begins to simmer

Add:
2 lbs (Shrimp or Crawfish)
½ bunch chopped green onion
½ bunch parsley
½ cup grated Romano or Parmesan
1 cup cheddar
¼ block Velveeta
1 carton  whipping cream
Mix,  Microwave until cheese is melted all of the way through

Add:
¼ cup red wine, stir

Serve over Fresh Fettuccini
