Seafood Cabbage Rolls

Directions:
Boil outer leaves of cabbage for wrapping. Sautee vegetables with butter. Add cabbage and smother. Add chicken bouillon granules and Rotel. Let cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp and crawfish and cook 5 minutes. Add crab boil, white pepper and cooked rice. Mix well. Roll in cabbage leaves like a burrito. Place in baking pan and add sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with parsley flakes and parmesan cheese.

Seafood Cabbage Roll Sauce

Method:
Cook olive oil, garlic, and vegetables. Add Cumin. Cook until wilted. Add chicken bouillon, water, and tomato paste. Cook 15 minutes on low temperature until thick.
Season to taste.
