Pan Sautéed Pork Loin Cutlets w/Sautéed Vegetables
Method:
Saute Pork cutlets until brown & remove from pan. Add butter and loosen meat from pan.
Add garlic and sauté fro a few minutes. Add onions and sauté for a few minutes more.
Add peppers and sauté until translucent. Add Beef broth and simmer.
Add pork cutlets to pan and reheat. You may thicken with a little corn starch and water. Serve hot!
Sweet Mashed Potatoes
Method:
Boil potatoes, drain w3ater and mash the potatoes.
Add 1 stick of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, egg nog and chipotle pepper to taste.
Top with marshmallows and brown with torch.
