Blackberries & Cranberries
New Potatoes
Cognac

Cut your Pork Tenderloin
Brown a little with Butter
Flambe with Cognac
Add Black Berry Sauce and Fresh Black Berries
Add Little New Potatoes
Cook Pork for 15 minutes
Serve with Sauce and Garnish
