1-lb Italian Sausage
1-medium onion
½ green bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
8 oz fresh mushrooms
6-new potatoes
Steam sausage, mushrooms, and potatoes until sausage starts browning. Then add onions, peppers and a cup of water. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables and garlic bread.
