Pan Fried Grouper

INGREDIENTS:
2-Ea. 8 oz. Grouper
1-Cup Flour, 1 Cup Corn Flour
4-oz. Flavored Olive-Oil
1-oz. Butter
2-oz. Peeled Shrimp
2-oz Crawfish Tail Meat
4-Ea. Artichoke Cooked
1-tbls. Minced Garlic
2-tbls. Blue Cheese Crumbled
4-oz. Heavy Cream
6-Ea. Cherry Tomatoes
2-tbls. Fresh Butter
Method, Sauté Grouper in flour 4-minutes on each side until
golden brown.
Add fresh cream, shrimp, crawfish, season with salt and pepper, add
blue cheese and artichoke hearts. When all seafood is cooked if you
need to add 2-oz. of fresh cream and salt and pepper to adjust you
can, pinch of Cayenne and fresh butter would also enhance this dish.
