Oyster and Artichoke Bisque

INGREDIENTS:
Unsalted butter, onions, garlic, green onions, bell peppers,
artichokes, black pepper, salt, tasso, crabmeat, oysters—fresh,
whipping cream—heavy.

Sauté butter, onions and bell peppers for approximately 5 minutes.
Add garlic over low heat for another 5-10 minutes. Add cream, salt,
tasso and crabmeat. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then add oyster
juice and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes then add oysters and cook
for another 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes and serve.
