Mushroom Soup

1 ½ cups (12 oz) Margarine
1 Shoe box Sliced mushrooms
1 tsp Salt
Microwave until mushrooms look soft (stir often) and juicy
Mix with flour into a paste
1 ½ cup Flour
Add/Mix (add liquid ingredients slowly while stirring so it does not clump)
½ cup chopped green onion
½ quart (2 cups) whipping cream
6 cups chicken broth
2 tsp hollandaise sauce 
2 tsp tarragon
Microwave to a simmer, stir often (thicken as it cooks)
Add
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup white wine
Ice Bath
Label w/ your initials, name of dish, date made, date expires
Put in a pitcher type container and put in the door of the refrigerator
