Mushroom Soup-Full Batch

Put in shoe box size container
   1 ½ cup Margarine
   1 Shoe box sliced mushrooms
   1 teaspoon salt

Simmer until mushrooms look soft (stir often) and juicy

Slowly add/mix into a paste
   1 ½ cup flour
   2 teaspoons hollandaise sauce mix

Add/stir in (add liquid ingredients slowly while stirring so it does not clump)
   ½ cup chopped green onion
   2 cups whipping cream
   6 cups chicken broth
   2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon

Simmer (cont. to thicken as it cooks and cools)

Add
   ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
   ¼ cup white wine
