Mango Salsa
- 1 lg Mango diced
- ½ Red Onion diced
- 1 T Cilantro
- ½ Jalapeno Pepper
- 2 T Honey
- 1 T Lime Juice
- ¼ C Diced Red Bell Pepper
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Lemon Honey Basil Vinaigrette
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 2 T Basil
- 4 T Honey
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 C Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients and add oil slowly with blender running.
Season to taste.
Tuna Fresh
- 1 T each seasoning – Black & White Sesame Seeds
- 1 T Ginger Powder
- 1 T Garlic Powder
- 1 T Cayenne Pepper
- 1 T Salt
