Low Fat Corn & Crab Soup
2 cup Onions
¼ cup “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” Spray
1 pt. Fat Free Half N Half
32 oz. Skim Milk
2 can White Shoepeg Corn
16 oz. White Lump Crab Meat
½ cup Chopped Green Onion
1/3 cup Corn Starch
3 pks. Artificial Sweetener
Creole Seasoning to taste
Saute onions with butter slowly add Half N Half. Add Skim Milk constantly stirring. Fold in corn starch mixed with water. Add corn, crab meat & green onions. Season to taste. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
