Garlic/Apple Stuffed Pork Loin

Ingredients

1 Pork Loin Roast
2 Granny Smith Apples
6 Cloves Garlic
1 bottle Mrs. Dash (or other unsalted flavoring) Salt & Pepper to taste
1 bottle of olive oil
1 Tbsp Sage
1 Tbsp Thyme

1.  Clean Roast off. Pat dry and apply coat of olive oil.
2.  Rub down with seasoning, thyme, and sage.
3.  Carefully slit a hole through the roast with knife.
4.  Stuff with 4 cloves of coarse chopped garlic and 1 coarse of apple.
5.  Heat more olive oil in a skillet.
6.  Apply roast and rotate to brown all sides of the roast.
7.  Remove roast and cut into 2 inch slices.
8.  Put roast back in pan and cook until done… about 20 mins.
9.  About 3 mins. Before roast is done, add remaining garlic and apples to
      sauté and caramelize them.
10. Carve roast and top with apples and garlic and enjoy!!
