Of Jack Miller’s Bar-B-Que Sauce

Jack Millergan’s Stew

3 lbs. boneless stew meat
1 cup chopped onions 4 Irish potatoes, cut in chunks
3 carrots sliced
½ cup Jack Miller’s Bar-B-Que Sauce
Jack Miller’s Seasoning to taste

Season meat with seasoning. Place in slow cooker. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook on high (400 degrees) for about 1 hour. Reduce heat to low (225 degrees), add bar-b-que sauce and stir well. Cook at 25 degrees about 6-7 hours or until tender. Serve over rice.

Danita’s Potato-Que

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 med. Onion
4 med. Potatoes, pared and diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
Jack Miller’s Seasoning to taste
1-1 ½ cup s of water
1 cup Jack Miller’s Bar-B-Que Sauce
½ cup onion tops, chopped
½ chopped parsley

Brown meat and onions. Drain. Add potatoes, chili powder, garlic powder and seasoning. Add water and cook until potatoes are tender. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Add bar-b-que sauce, onion tops and parsley. Simmer on low heat about 30 minutes.
