Higgy's Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

4 Eggs & 1\4 Cup Milk combined
Bread Crumbs of Choice
6-8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce of Choice
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
12 oz. Spaghetti or Angel Hair Pasta
Parmesan Cheese

In a large skillet, heat about a ½ inch of oil.  Clean the chicken breasts of any fat. Dip them in the eggwash and coat them with the bread crumbs. Brown them in the heated oil, about five minutes on each side. Place them in a baking dish cover with up to one jar of spaghetti sauce. Bake covered at 350 degrees for about twenty-five minutes. Uncover and bake for another five minutes. After adding the Mozzarella Cheese heat up other jar of spaghetti sauce to serve with cooked pasta sprinkling both chicken and noodles with Parmesan Cheese.
