Mr. Heath's Delicious Roast with Mr. Heath Byers:

Ingredients:

1. 1 2-3 lb. Beef/Deer/Pork Roast
2. 6 medium potatoes (uncut/unpeeled)
3. 2 cups of your favorite fresh mushrooms 
4. 1 bunch of Green onions - chopped
5. 1/3 c. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
6. 3 Tbsp. Mister Heath's Delicious Seasoning
7. 1/4 stick Real Salted Butter
8. 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Rub Mister Heath's into Roast. Place in Crock Pot. Add green onion. Mix Lea & Perrins & Tabasco together and pour over roast. (Note: Marinating overnight in refrigerator enhances flavor.) Cut butter into pieces and place on top of roast. Add potatoes on the side of roast. Add mushrooms and any of your favorite vegetables to crock-pot. Cover and place Crock-pot on High for the first 2-3 hours. Turn Crock-pot on Low for remainder of cooking (4-5 hours). Serve over potatoes, French bread or your favorite rice.
(Note: Deer roast should be soaked in fresh water overnight in the refrigerator. Drain water and follow recipe)

Mister Heath's Delicious Sauté

1 lb. Beef, Chicken (sliced or cubed) or shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4-5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 cup green onions-chopped
2 tsp. Mister Heath's Delicious Seasoning
Favorite French bread, pasta/rice

Place skillet on low-med heat and add olive oil. Place beef, chicken or shrimp into skillet, and add lime juice, green onions and Mister Heath's. Sauté for 10-15 minutes or until cooked. (Be sure not to overcook shrimp). Serve over French bread, pasta/rice. 
Note: Add 1 tbsp. Chili Powder for Delicious Fajitas!
