• ½ Jar of Roux 16 oz
• 6 Quarts water
• 2 Onions
• ½ Bell Pepper
• 1 can of Chicken broth
• 1 whole cut up hen
• 1 ½ links of sausage
• Season to taste
• ½ cup parsley & green onions
