Crispy Baked Chicken

2-3 Chicken-cut up and skin removed
½
cup Catalina Fat Free Dressing
3 to 4 cups Crispix Cereal (or any other not too sweet cereal)
1 to 2 tbsp seasoning (such as Tony Chachere)
Place chicken in a large bowl. Season chicken with seasoning. Pour dressing on top of chicken and mix well so that all of the chicken is covered with dressing. Set bowl aside. Take cereal and place in a zip lock bag. Let the excess air out of bag and close tightly. Next, crush cereal in bag by using a rolling pin or glass until cereal is crushed. Pour crushed cereal in a flat dish and coat the chicken with the cereal mixture. Place chicken on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Place in a 400 degree preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
