Crawfish Michelle served over Fried Catfish on a bed of Angel Hair Pasta

Crawfish Michelle

• 1 Stick Butter
• 1 Chopped Onion
• 1 Chopped Bellpepper
• 1 Lb. Crawfish Tails
• ˝ Pt. Half and Half
• 1 3oz. Pack Cream Cheese
• 1 Bunch of Green Onions (optional)
• ˝ Bunch of Parsley (optional)

Method:
Season to taste.
Sauté onions and pepper in butter until tender. Add crawfish and season to taste. Cook 10 minutes. Add half and half and cream cheese and cook until sauce thickens. Serve over fried or broiled catfish, noodles or rice.
