Crawfish Fettuccini
Stuffing
3 lbs. crawfish
3 sticks margarine
2 rolls jalapeno cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
1 pk. Fettuccini noodles
2 pts sour cream
2 lg onions, chopped
1 lg bell pepper, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
4 oz Kraft Shredded Swiss cheese
Saute’ onions, bell pepper and celery.
Add crawfish, jalapeno and garlic cheeses, and sour cream.
Mix in already cooked noodles. Pour into a prepared 9x13 casserole.
Top with shredded cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Serves 6 to 8.
