Crawfish Corn Bread
Ingredients:Method:
Sautee first, then mix all ingredients in a large bowl (mix with a spoon).
Put into greased 200 full pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Then lower over to 325 degrees and put foil over edges that are getting brown
and bake for 20 minutes or until center is cooked.
Convection bakes at 325 for 35 minutes.
