Crab Cakes
1 lb lump crab meat
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 ½ cup bread crumbs (plain)
1 onion
½ bellpepper
¼ cup mayonnaise
1cup cooking oil
Dice onions and bellpeppers fine. Add crabmeat, egg yolks, egg and bread crumbs.
Mix well and season to taste. Make desired size crab cakes and roll in plain
bread crumbs. Pan fry crab cakes until golden brown on both sides.

Jumbo Lump Crab Meat in Cream Sauce
1 lb Jumbo lump crab meat
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 pt whipping cream
Whole milk
Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, using wire whisk. Cook on medium heat whisking constantly for aprox. 10 min. Once it starts to thicken slowly add aprox. ½ cup whole milk at a time until thickness desired. Once sauce is cooked add lump crab meat and top crab cakes with sauce
