Corn and Crab Bisque

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Butter
- 1.5 lbs Onions
- .5 lb Bell Peppers
- 1 lb Corn kernels
- .5 lb Black Pepper
- .5 tsp Red Pepper
- 1.5 tbs Granulated Garlic
- .5 tsp House Seasoning
- .5 Cup Sugar
- .5 lb Shrimp base
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2.5 qts Heavy cream
- ½ gl Water
- .5 #10 can Cream Corn
- 1 tbs Chipotle base
- 3 lb Crab (1.5 lb Back Fin) & (1.5 lb Jumbo lump)
Method:
- Melt butter
- Add vegetables and corn kernels.
- Add dry seasonings and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add flour and mix very well
- Add all liquids and stir
- Add cream corn and let simmer for five minutes.
- Add Crab Meat and let simmer for 3 minutes.
