Ingredients:
2-tablespoons of Margarine
1-diced Medium Onion
1-teaspoon of Minced Garlic
1-pound of Cubed Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
5-Chicken Flavored Bouillon Cubes
4-cups of Water
3-14 ounce cans of Chicken Broth
1-pound of Russet Potatoes
1-box of 8 ounce Thin Spaghetti
Instructions:
Sauté the onion and garlic in the margarine until wilted. Add chicken breast and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, water, and the bouillon cubes.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Add the potatoes and noodles. Stir
occasionally and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season to taste.
Homemade Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
2-cups of flour
2-cups of sugar
2-cups of milk
1/2-teaspoon of baking powder
1/4-teaspoon of Cinnamon
29-ounces of sliced peaches
Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and cinnamon in a rather large mixing bowl. Lay peaches in the bottom of an 11.5 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour mixture on top and bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes.
