Cattlemen’s Chili

Ingredients

2# Ground Chuck
½# Chopped Sirloin Steak
2 pks McCormick Chili Seasoning (mild)
2 tbls Heinz 57 Sauce
2 tbls A-1 Steak Sauce
Mix seasoning-red pepper-black pepper-garlic powder (use your own or store brought).
2 pieces of garlic (fresh)
1 large Bell pepper
2 Onions
3 cans of Tomato Sauce
1 can Rotel Sauce
A splash of red wine vinegar or white vinegar (holds down the heartburn).

Brown meat with onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add a little of mix seasoning. After brown add McCormick seasoning, stir add all other sauces and splash of vinegar.  When you add tomato sauce, add 1 can of water each. Turn down fire and cook slow.  Taste for seasoning, add if you need more. It’s always a good idea to add seasoning a little at a time, than to over season. ENJOY!
