Jim Richard Prepared a Breakfast Casserole and Funnel Cakes

Breakfast Casserole

Spray Pam into dish; unroll all of Crescent Roll into dish.  
Crumble pre-cooked sausage into dish, spread cheese
Combine eggs, milk and mustard. Beat well and pour into dish.
Combine cream of mushroom soup and milk and pour over mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
Serves 8-10

Funnel Cakes

In a deep fryer heat oil to 375 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs. Fill a funnel halfway with batter. Start from the center with a swirling motion to make a 6 to 7 inch round. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar. 8-10 servings
