Fresh or frozen vegetable medley

Not Butter Spray
Tony Chachere’s Seasoning (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Cook on the stove in a wok.
Low Fat Low Carb Key Lime Dessert
1-8 oz. Cool Whip Fat Free
1-Box Sugar Free Lime Jell-O
2-Blue Bunny Keylime Yogurt
1-Small can crushed pineapple (optional)
Chill for 30 minutes or eat right after prepared.
