Beef Brisket

(Do Not Trim-Leave On Fat )
Boston Butt Pork Roast

Ingredients

Chopped Garlic (2 Cloves)
Chopped Onions (2)
Chopped Bell Peppers
Jalapenos
Seasonings

Mix ingredients together. Stuff Roast generously with ingredients season outside of Roast & Brisket generously with seasonings.
Apply to pit indirectly away from heat for 12 hours. After 6 hours add charcoal and flip meat over. Let sit for 30 minutes then slice & enjoy!
