INGREDIENTS:
½ lb. Ground Round
1 med. Bell
Pepper finely chopped
1 med. Carrot shredded
½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
1
7oz. can butter milk biscuits
½ cup shredded cheese (your favorite)
Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add bell peppers; cook & stir 5 minutes until peppers are crisp & tender. Remove from heat. Add carrots and BBQ sauce; mix well.
Separate biscuits. Press 1 biscuits onto bottom and up the side of each muffin pan cup sprayed with a no stick cooking spray.
Spoon meat vegetable mixture evenly into biscuit cups and form a mound on top.
Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese continue baking 3-4 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Pink Lemonade Pie
1-Graham Cracker Crust
7-table spoons Country Time Pink Lemonade
8 oz.-Cool Whip
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Condensed milk
Mix soft cream cheese with condensed milk, whip cream and lemonade with a spoon or a mixer, spoon into pie crust.
