Ville Platte:
Prepared sandbags are available at the city barn at 809 West Hickory Street.
St. Martin Parish:
Sandbags available at two locations from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Bring a shovel.
St. Martin locations:
Ruth Barn-Ruth Bridge Hwy
South Barn-Capritto Forty Arpent Rd.
Broussard:
Sandbags available behind City Hall on Madison street.
Carencro:
Sand bags at the community center located at 5115 N. University. Residents must bring their own shovels.
Duson:
Sandbags available at the Sewer Plant on Betty Ann Street.
Erath:
Sandbags available at City Hall.
Lafayette:
Sandbags available at the North Barn at 130 Shantel Road, the old Dugas Road landfill, and the South Barn at 1017 Fortune Road.
New Iberia:
Sandbags available for city residents at 907 Fulton Street until 3:00 P. M. today.
Vermilion Parish:
Sandbags at the following locations:
Public Works, 2211 Leonie Street, Abbeville, LA
Area 1 Barn 13115 Mack Switch Road, Erath, LA
Area 2 Barn, 12002 Calvin LeBouef Road, Abbeville, LA
Area 3 Barn, 29429 Veterans Memorial Drive, Gueydan, LA
Area 4 Barn, 13531 Gladu Road, Kaplan, LA
There will be sand and bags outside of the facility fence. Bring a shovel to fill your own bags.
St. Mary Parish has sandbags on standby for residents who need them. Residents who would like sandbags may call the parish barn at Hanson Canal at 828-4100, ext. 113.
The Village of Maurice is making sand and bags available next to City Hall. Bring your own shovel.
Scott:
Pre-filled sangbags available at the maintenance building at 116 Lions Club Road. There is a limit of two bags per door, and officials will check IDs for proof of residency.
Opelousas:
Pick-up Location: Yambilee Building, 1939 W. Landry St. Behind the Building in the open hut.
Sandbag Limit: 10 per household
Please bring a shovel.
